It is also my impression that the more bulbous the diffuser head on an LED bulb – the wider the dispersion of the light output (Lumens) & the greater the "beam angle". I ordered a dual white recently and got a 9W model, however it has an annoying audible high pitched noise when turned on which none of my older bulbs have.
As for Tesla's transmission, I'm not sure how efficient that really is, although I have heard that some LED Flood Light Wholesale setups can get extremely high efficiencies. While wondering why anyone would pay STLG 13 for a white bulb, when Hamish only charges $16 USD; the post disappeared. Others will also recognise some additional remote smarts!! My only quibble, might be an apparent trebling of price from the manufacturer, Futlight. Now I just have to decide how many globes/controllers to get and place an order. Very impressed with the quality of the lights, but I can't get the WiFi bridge working. (Plaster over these holes, fully insulate, & simply place a bare LED bulb in a ceiling batten fitting – no separate light-fitting being necessary).
